          The Jump Manual is an established program from Jacob Hiller. He is a certified trainer who specializes in jump training and basketball skills. He has helped NBA players to improve their vertical leap, but probably more impressive is his ability to take beginners and non-professionals to a point where they can consistently dunk a basketball.

          Vert Shock was created by Adam Folker and Justin ‘Jus Fly’ Darlington who added a combined 32 inches to their vertical jumps. The program is split into 3 phases, designed to initally set your body up for the workouts, then do the bulk of your work, and finally prepare you to maintain your fitness and power.

          Vert Shock is another great course and you can tell that Adam and Justin have put a lot of work into it. If you are willing to commit to the 3-phase process, there is no obvious reason why you can’t considerably improve your vertical jump. While we have given the Jump Manual a slightly higher score, there are only marginal differences in quality and both courses come highly recommended.

            jump manual is an excellent course jacob is worth paying attention to . not tried vert shock but sounds pretty good. Im gonna keep working on the jump manual and get some seriously big improvements to my jump.
